Cancer Ribbon with a Blue Saphire

Each cancer ribbon that I hand make is made with love.  The pattern on this ribbon shows hints of hearts that come from the texture plate that I used to impress the texture into the sterling silver.  At one tip of the ribbon is a 4mm AA grade blue sapphire (the color is a very dark blue) and hanging from the other tip of the ribbon is a fine silver heart.  The widest point on the pendant measures .92" and the overall length is 1.875".  At the top of the ribbon is another stylized heart to slide the necklace through the piece.  This cancer ribbon comes with an 18" sterling silver .89mm diamond box cut necklace with a small orange bead near the clasp and a stylish gift box.
