Sleeping Beauty Turquoise Ring (size 5.125)

This ring has a unique design and is described as a step down style, since it is much wider at the top of the ring and narrower at the base.  This sterling silver ring is topped with a beautiful robins egg blue colored 6mm Sleeping Beauty Turquoise cabochon (mined in Arizona).  The ring measures at 5.125 on my ring mandrel.  The thickness of this band varies but at the top of the ring it is 4.5mm, at the 3:00 and 9:00 position the band averages 4mm and then tapers down to 2.3mm at the base.  The width of the ring also varies at the top the width measures 4.5mm, at the 3:00 and 9:00 position it averages 4mm and at the base is 2.3mm.  The distance from the inside of the ring to the top of the Sleeping Beauty Turquoise is 6.6mm.  I love the shape and feel of this ring, but please note the band may feel wide between your fingers, at least compared to my other rings on this website.  This ring comes in a stylish gift box.
